What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, content developers, multimedia specialists, and lab engineers.
- Oversee the end-to-end design and development of various learning assets, including e-learning modules, hands-on labs, and CTF programs.
- Optimize lab infrastructure costs in partnership with Engineering and Finance.
- Implement Agile learning development methodologies for content intake and transparent timelines.
- Establish best practices in adult learning theory, instructional design, and technical content creation.
- Drive innovation in learning formats, incorporating interactive elements and emerging technologies like AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or technical content creation, with 3+ years in a people management role leading design/development teams.
- Strong technical background in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, automation frameworks, and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Proven track record in technical enablement or training within a SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud environment.
- Deep expertise in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and creating hands-on technical training (e.g., labs, CTFs).
- Experience overseeing global content localization, including translation and cultural adaptation.
- Demonstrated ability to implement content lifecycle management processes.
- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
- English proficiency B2 required.
