Salary: €140,000–€175,000 base plus bonus plus VSOP

• Stay hands-on, writing foundational code, leading design reviews, and refactoring systems.
• Act as a force multiplier by mentoring Staff Engineers and shaping future talent.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience as a seasoned technical leader with proven organisation-level or industry-wide impact.
• Deep expertise in enterprise-scale systems and multi-team architecture leadership.
• Equally comfortable shaping strategic vision and diving into technical detail.
• Motivated to build a world-class AI platform.
• Agnostic to programming language, focusing on architectural excellence and complex problem-solving.
