TL;DR

Senior Product / UX Designer (SaaS): Improving guest booking journeys and designing smarter tools for hoteliers with an accent on user experience, wireframing, and prototyping. Focus on solving user needs, aligning with business goals, and iterating based on user feedback and data insights.

Location: Remote, Poland, with quarterly on-site sessions in Poznań.

Compensation: up to 20 400 PLN (B2B) or up to 17 000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment).

What you will do

  • Improve user experience for guest booking journeys (B2C) and hotelier tools (B2B).
  • Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (low- to high-fidelity).
  • Collaborate with researchers and Product Managers to translate strategy into UX improvements.
  • Prepare and facilitate co-creation workshops to explore ideas and solutions.
  • Present your design work to the broader product and engineering team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
  • Mastery of Figma and a sharp eye for sleek, modern UI.
  • Deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong focus on delivering value to both users and the business.
  • Proficiency in using workshops to define design scope and align stakeholders.
  • Fluent English (C1 level) in speaking and writing.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the hospitality and/or travel industry.
  • Basic knowledge of Polish.
  • Curiosity and openness to use AI tools in your daily practice.
