Senior Project Manager (Software): Overseeing a portfolio of projects for various clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely, on-budget delivery with an accent on client communication, scope definition, and risk management. Focus on facilitating continuous improvement, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for client growth within projects.

Location: Remote from Argentina, Colombia, or Uruguay or from our offices in Montevideo, Buenos Aires, and Medellín.

What you will do

• Understand client business, product goals, and project success metrics.
• Oversee all project phases to ensure timely, on-budget delivery meeting quality standards.
• Act as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resourcing needs, and risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing issues and communicating status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a project management role delivering software (websites and/or mobile apps).
• Minimum 2 years in a software agency with client-facing experience.
• Experience working with Agile software development.
• Project Management tools expertise: JIRA, Slack, Preceden.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish (C1+).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Experience with AI PM tools.
