Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 base salary plus commission

What you will do
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across a portfolio of Enterprise and Scale-Up customers, driving expansion, preventing contraction, and maximizing long-term account value.
- Identify, qualify, and close upsell and GMV expansion opportunities through increased platform usage, higher order volume, and new commercial commitments.
- Ensure renewal readiness by proactively identifying risk, closing value gaps, and executing save and mitigation plans ahead of auto-renewals.
- Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with studio owners positioning hirify.global as a strategic growth partner.
- Lead structured Business Reviews focused on GMV performance, ROI, and future growth planning.
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer across Product, Marketing, Support, and Leadership, translating real-world studio needs and friction points into actions that drive adoption, growth, and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Expansion Sales within a B2B2C, transaction-based, or vertical SaaS environment.
- Proven ownership of revenue and retention across an existing book of business, with a track record of driving expansion, upsell, and usage-based growth.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, able to use data such as GMV, order volume, conversion rates, and product adoption to identify growth opportunities and build actionable account plans.
- Confidence leading executive-level conversations, positioning yourself as a trusted growth advisor who can translate hirify.global’s platform into measurable business outcomes for customers.

- Experience in photography, creative services, or other service-driven verticals with strong seasonality and operational complexity.
