What you will do

  • Launch and optimize curated deals across different SSP platforms (Xandr, OpenX, PubMatic, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain allowlists, blacklists, and audience segments for programmatic buyers.
  • Monitor buyer progress, prepare reports based on platform data, and provide insights.
  • Analyze data, test buying strategies, and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in developing and testing research hypotheses, analyze data, and provide clear recaps.
  • Communicate daily with the Head of AdOps, technical account managers, and Growth directors.

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a media or digital agency.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic ad campaigns in platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo, Xandr, Amazon Ads, or Yandex Ads.
  • English: B2+ fluent with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools.
  • Location: Open to applicants from EMEA (selected countries) and LATAM only; applications from outside these regions cannot be considered.
