What you will do
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize client performance and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales Leadership.
- Manage pipeline and revenue forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a directly related field.
- 3 years of account management experience.
- Experience with Martech, Adtech, or Analytics.
- Experience with mobile marketing and attribution, including Mobile Measurement Partner platforms.
- Experience working with customers across international markets and global business practices.
- Proficiency in data analytics, including analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Braze, Google Analytics, Grafana, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Comscore.
- Experience with deep linking technology, including Universal Links and App Links.
- Experience with product management to align technical features with client use cases.
- Experience with revenue forecasting and pipeline management for retention and expansion modeling.
- English: B2 required
