Account Manager (Adtech): Manages and expands relationships with existing clients, driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells with an accent on understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and optimizing client performance using data-driven insights. Focus on building and nurturing strategic relationships with senior executives across diverse industries and international markets, while managing pipeline and revenue forecasts.

Location: Remote is permitted, candidates must be based in the US. Occasional domestic travel to clients and annual international travel required.

Salary: $140,670/year

What you will do

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize client performance and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales Leadership.
  • Manage pipeline and revenue forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a directly related field.
  • 3 years of account management experience.
  • Experience with Martech, Adtech, or Analytics.
  • Experience with mobile marketing and attribution, including Mobile Measurement Partner platforms.
  • Experience working with customers across international markets and global business practices.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, including analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Braze, Google Analytics, Grafana, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Comscore.
  • Experience with deep linking technology, including Universal Links and App Links.
  • Experience with product management to align technical features with client use cases.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting and pipeline management for retention and expansion modeling.
  • English: B2 required
