Senior Technical Recruiter (Engineering & Technology): Attracting top-tier engineering talent to support global security and national defense, focusing on the full recruiting lifecycle and building strong candidate relationships. Focus on designing and executing hiring strategies aligned with business needs and proactively sourcing hard-to-find talent through innovative outreach methods.

Location: Full-time Remote Telework; Employees may travel to a hirify.global office for periodic meetings.

Salary: $73,800 - $147,085. Salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.

What you will do

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for highly technical, engineering, and cleared positions.
  • Serve as a strong candidate advocate, setting clear expectations and sharing honest insights.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to design and execute hiring strategies based on business needs and market realities.
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier talent using research, social platforms, and innovative outreach.
  • Collaborate with TA Managers, HR Business Partners, and recruiting teammates to stay aligned on business priorities.
  • Partner with HR and compensation stakeholders to support offer development and negotiation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience using an enterprise ATS and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of recruiting for highly technical engineering roles.
  • Ability to articulate how you build candidate relationships and help candidates assess their fit for the role.
  • Experience influencing business stakeholders by designing and executing hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Proficiency with research techniques, social platforms, and licensed recruiting tools.

Nice to have

  • Ability to build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
  • Proven track record working with TA Managers, HR Business Partners, and recruiting teammates.
  • Experience partnering with HR and compensation stakeholders to develop offers.
  • Familiarity with compliance, onboarding, and related processes.
  • Understanding of the requirements associated with recruiting for cleared positions.
