What You'll Do:
🔸Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, Digital and C-level roles.
🔸Source talent using premium LinkedIn tools.
🔸Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
🔸Maintain high quality standards — quality over quantity.
🔸Keep an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in our CRM.

What We're Looking For:
🔸At least 2+ years of proven experience in closing IT/Digital/C-level roles .
🔸Willingness to work with iGaming / Adult domains.
🔸A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality.
🔸Ability to self-manage, take ownership, and be accountable for outcomes.
🔸Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.

Salary:
🔸Competitive salary: $700 - $1000 (linked to KPI performance) + up to $3000 with bonuses
🔸Transparent KPI system: Fixed pay is proportionally tied to KPI performance (approx. 25-30 relevant candidates per month, approved by management and submitted to clients) with an additional bonus for fulfiling monthly KPIs.
🔸Good placement bonuses: 20% of the candidate's starting gross salary.
