Focus on supporting system enhancements and process improvements, providing BA support and guidance to the ITS Identity Governance Project.

What you will do

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to capture business needs.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision.
• Translate business objectives into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and system engineers to validate technical feasibility.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, requirements, and release notes.
• Provide BA support and guidance to the ITS Identity Governance Project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with IT Identity Governance systems and processes.
• 3–5 years of experience with ServiceNow PPM, SPM, and Demand modules.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 1–2 years in ServiceNow or ITSM environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Knowledge of integration points between IT systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
