TL;DR

Account Manager (Corporate): Driving revenue growth and unlocking new commercial opportunities within the Media Technology and Communications vertical, with an accent on retention, expansion, and exceeding revenue and growth targets. Focus on building strong multi-level relationships, influencing key decision-makers, and delivering complex, commercially savvy solutions.

Location: UK Wide, United Kingdom. Hybrid policy: three in the office, two remote. Office locations: London, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham.

What you will do

  • Build long-term, profitable relationships with existing customer accounts.
  • Understand customer goals, dreams, and transformational roadmaps.
  • Create winning account plans and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver complex, commercially savvy solutions using BT products and services.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores.
  • Manage budgets, target wins, and convert opportunities into results.

Requirements

  • Account Management experience with the ability to retain, grow, and develop customer accounts.
  • Proven track record in driving new product revenue and achieving business targets.
  • Strategic planning skills for growth and renewals.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to become a trusted advisor.
  • Experience leading commercial and contract discussions.
  • Proficiency in CRM for tracking sales activity.
