Salary: $79,800 - $120,000/yr

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives, shaping strategy and identifying areas of M&A focus
• Support the development and execution of processes and analytical frameworks for evaluating M&A opportunities
• Research and analyze high priority strategic markets, including industry mapping and deep dives into targeted M&A and partnership opportunities
• Drive cross-functional efforts in all phases of M&A execution including diligence, business case creation, financial modeling, and integration
• Perform ad hoc analyses and financial modeling
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to analyze and execute capital markets activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or transaction services, with demonstrated exposure to M&A transactions
• Direct experience supporting M&A execution, including diligence, financial modeling, and deal analysis
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Exposure to public equity or debt capital markets
• Software or tech transaction experience
• Strong interest in and knowledge of the software or technology sector
