Salary: $109,700 - $176,985 USD

What you will do

• Support or lead work streams on projects related to the company’s pricing and packaging.
• Analyze pricing data, customer segments, and user behaviors to discover opportunities.
• Design and execute monetization experiments to evaluate different pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) on sophisticated pricing models.
• Monitor and analyze competitors' pricing structures, packaging, and positioning.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards providing visibility into key pricing metrics and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 4+ years of experience in an analytical role (Pricing, Commercial Strategy, Growth Analytics).
• Strong competency with SQL and sophisticated business modeling.
• Experience with A/B testing at scale and communicating statistical results.
• Proven ability to work independently in a complex and often ambiguous environment.
• Must work 2-3 days a week from the NYC Headquarters.
