What you will do

• Design and own the roadmap for the corporate IT infrastructure, developing governance policies and scalable processes.
• Administer core SaaS/IaaS platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Atlassian Suite), leveraging scripting and native tool automation.
• Implement and maintain security best practices across all systems, managing endpoint security and cloud environment.
• Build a world-class employee experience by providing reliable systems and excellent support, managing the IT service desk.
• Partner with Security, HR, Engineering, and other departments to deliver technology solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a cloud-first environment.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
• Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management, with hands-on experience managing an IdP like Okta.
• Proven experience managing core business platforms, including Google Workspace and Jamf for Apple device management.
• Proficiency in administering the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
• Strong scripting and automation skills in a language like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• A solid understanding of IT security principles, networking fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure (especially AWS basics).
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, Jamf Certified Admin, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a DevOps culture.
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
