What you will do

• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and cloud applications through administration, proactive monitoring, and incident management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into secure infrastructure solutions.
• Participate in projects supporting infrastructure lifecycle management, integration, optimization, and new technology deployment.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, industry standards, and security requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other engineers on the team.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience in either cloud administration (AWS, Azure, GCP with Terraform, GitHub) or Identity and Access Management (IAM protocols like SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, with PowerShell or Python).
• Minimum of 5 years equivalent experience in IT operations or infrastructure engineering, with relevant industry certifications.
• Track record of implementing and maintaining infrastructure following the ITIL framework.
• Hands-on experience with two or more technology domains: Business productivity tools, DNS, MDM/MAM, Network, VDI, Systems & Virtualization, Storage, Backups, Security.
• Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication and collaboration skills.
