TL;DR

Senior Technical Recruiter (Hrtech): Responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support the company's growth with an accent on technical roles in the US and Latin America. Focus on developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Location: Remote. Must be based in Latin America. Open to other countries, including Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Bolivia, or Peru. Prefer candidates based in Peru or Mexico.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and drive efficient hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years within IT consulting, technology, or professional services.
• Proven experience recruiting tech and digital (Engineering, Digital Experience, Design, Data and Analytics, and Cloud) in the United States and Latin America.
• Advanced English proficiency C1/C2 is required.
• Strong sourcing skills, with experience using job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
