What you will do

• Own cross-channel messaging (email, push, in-app) and create automated lifecycle flows.
• Utilize AI tools and Braze automation for personalized, real-time communication at scale.
• Define user segments and build adaptive journeys within Braze Canvas.
• Conduct A/B tests on messaging, analyze results, and iterate quickly to improve metrics.
• Analyze channel performance, share insights, and collaborate with product and growth teams.
• Maintain Zing’s motivational, supportive brand voice across all communications.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Braze (Canvas, Liquid, segmentation, analytics).
• Highly data-driven with experience running experiments and analyzing results.
• Comfortable working with AI tools for content and optimization.
• Skilled at building automated, scalable messaging flows.
• Excellent communication and strong project management habits.
• Passion for fitness, health, and user motivation.
