What you will do

  • Formulate creative strategies to drive performance results and launch new formats/approaches.
  • Build an R&D function for systematic experimentation and testing of new creative solutions.
  • Create a clear operational system for the creative team, including pipelines, standards, speed, and quality.
  • Integrate modern AI tools into design, video, and production to enhance team efficiency.
  • Establish a system for evaluating creative quality, reporting regularly, and collaborating with marketing on tests and hypotheses.
  • Manage the testing matrix, prioritize ideas, scale successful concepts, and eliminate unprofitable ones.
  • Lead and develop a large team of designers and creative producers.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a performance-creative team in a product company.
  • Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and the impact of creative on performance metrics.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data, build hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with AI tools and their integration into design, video, and creative production.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build teams, set processes, delegate, provide feedback, and develop people.
  • Systemic and structured thinking to organize a large creative flow and build an operational system.
  • High speed and proactivity to quickly test, launch new initiatives, adapt, and find non-standard solutions.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate level.
