📌 Position: User Acquisition Manager
📍 Location: Warsaw (hybrid format)

44pixels is a venture capital-funded startup at the forefront of the mobile AI applications industry. Our mission is to revolutionize how users interact with AI through cutting-edge mobile apps.
Requirements:
• 4-6 years in performance marketing / UA for consumer mobile apps with deep hands-on Google Search and/or UAC ownership
• Proven track record scaling Google spend while maintaining profitability targets (ROAS/LTV/CAC/payback)
• Strong understanding of mobile measurement constraints (privacy, attribution lag) and how to operate with imperfect signals
• Proactive and out-of-the-box thinking - always finding new and innovative ways to drive growth
• Demonstrated success in scaling budgets across platforms such as Meta, Google UAC or Search, Applovin, and Apple Search Ads (optional)
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to dissect data, uncover insights, and translate them into strategic improvements
