Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 a year

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a defined wealth management domain.
• Bring deep, practical understanding of wealth management workflows and anticipate regulatory/operational implications.
• Engage with wealth management firms, advisors, and internal stakeholders to validate problems and test solutions.
• Translate strategy into an outcome-oriented roadmap and evaluate investments using data.
• Partner with Product Owners and collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as the primary decision-maker for product direction.
• Define and track success metrics, using data and customer feedback to refine strategy, and identify opportunities for AI in wealth management.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience in wealth management or related financial services.
• Hands-on experience with wealth management platforms, advisor tools, or dealer operations.
• Proven ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with complex workflows and data.
• Strong understanding of modern product discovery and delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS platform transformation in wealth or fintech.
• Familiarity with global regulatory environments.
• Experience integrating data, analytics, or AI into product decisions.
• Advanced degree in a technical or business field.
