What you will do

• Own technical sales and solution design, ensuring business value and adoption for hirify.global's portfolio.
• Partner with sales to understand customer requirements and provide technical support.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos of hirify.global products.
• Lead proof-of-concept activities for prospects and customers.
• Build relationships and technical champions within customer accounts.
• Represent and evangelize hirify.global externally at industry events.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or customer-facing technical role with CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS.
• Solid communication, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with urgency.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• The role requires up to 50% travel to attend meetings with prospects or customers, attend conferences, and collaborate with teammates.
• Location: Must be based in St. Louis or Minneapolis.

Nice to have

• Fundamental understanding of customer network and application architectures.
• Detailed understanding of workflow from user to application, including hybrid architectures with Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Experience with application/network security, SaaS application environments, VPN, SIEM, and log analytics.
• Knowledge of competitive market around CDN providers and internet security technologies.
