• Building effective interaction with marketing, course production, and other departments.

Требования

• Experience managing a creative, marketing, or production team for 3+ years.
• Understanding of design, copywriting, and performance marketing processes.
• Strong planning, project management, and work organization skills.
• Experience building systemic processes from scratch and scaling existing ones.
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage resources.
• Developed communication skills and the ability to align expectations between departments.
