What you will do

• Ensure projects follow established company architecture and approve architectural changes.
• Maintain code quality across teams, identify bottlenecks, and ensure PR alignment with best practices.
• Involve hands-on in the deployment and configuration of new projects.
• Implement and oversee security measures at both the code level and hosting level.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies, focusing on AI-driven workflows.
• Manage technical aspects of A/B testing and ensure accurate data tracking.
• Conduct technical interviews and mentoring developers to help them meet company standards.
• Proactively identify outdated practices and replacing them with modern workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of intensive experience with Node.js & Next.js.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Solid experience with AWS and Cloudflare.
• Deep understanding of Postgres and experience with modern ORMs like Drizzle or Prisma.
• Proficiency in setting up and interpreting data from Mixpanel and Google Analytics; experience running systematic A/B tests.
• Strong knowledge of web security principles.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and stakeholders while maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Model Context Protocol to build or optimize AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience in fine-tuning Web Vitals and optimizing backend latency for high-traffic applications.
• Experience building custom AI agents or complex RAG systems.
