What you will do

• Lead technical discussions and implementations throughout the sales cycle for Public Sector Federal customers.
• Qualify prospect use cases, discover technical requirements, and lead demonstrations.
• Design and identify best-fit solutions, including collaborative work on Proofs-of-Concept (PoCs).
• Advise existing customers on technical best practices and strategic guidance for hirify.global products.
• Support long-term technology strategy and ensure customer success on the hirify.global platform.
• Travel 35-45% for meetings, conferences, and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or consulting role supporting the US Federal Government.
• Demonstrated understanding of internet technologies: OSI Model layers 1-7, Routing TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP(S), SSL / TLS.
• Comfortable with SASE frameworks and related technologies (Secure Web Gateway, CASB, DLP, SD-WAN).
• Familiarity with on-premise infrastructure and networking configurations.
• Strong technical curiosity, passion for learning, and ability to explain complex concepts.
• High value on project management, relationship building, and emotional intelligence.

Nice to have

• Experience with command-line interfaces, RESTful APIs, or analyzing HTTP requests.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience serving the US Department of Defense or DISA market segment.
