What you will do

• Work in a team of global payment professionals to ensure goals and tasks are achieved.
• Download and upload partner reports.
• Ensure client issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Act as a point of contact for inquiries and questions related to financial operations.
• Perform data entry.
• Perform daily reconciliations and review/resolve daily alerts.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a financial operations or similar capacity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and making sound decisions under pressure.
• Display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, teamwork, and customer service.
• English at a C1+ level (verbal and written communication).
• BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Operations.
• Mother tongue in Spanish is required for liaising with Spanish network partners.

• Portuguese proficiency.
