What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Focus on reducing time-to-fill metrics while maintaining high-quality hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage DE&I activities within the recruitment process to guarantee a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring leaders, aiding in strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment within the product development or technology sector.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process.
  • Experience building and scaling product teams.
  • Experience with recruitment metrics and ability to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
