What you will do

• Partner with teams and delivery leadership to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy.
• Plan and monitor resource utilization based on contracts; proactively allocate resources to billable roles.
• Develop, update, and track contracts using SAP; manage client project portfolios including budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports for internal and client-facing purposes, managing client approval workflows.
• Identify and resolve gaps in time tracking and billing processes to ensure high-quality data.
• Support monthly financial closure routines and assist managers with related processes and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of experience in operational management, analytics, or delivery support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously.
