What you will do

• Manage a team of Patient Experience Specialists, setting clear expectations and driving performance.
• Coach and develop your team, ensuring support and guidance for success.
• Build a strong team culture grounded in end-to-end ownership and high personal standards.
• Identify trends in patient contacts and feedback, leading initiatives for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Clinical) to remove roadblocks.
• Use data to track performance, set ambitious targets, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Full Fluency in English (C1+) required.
• Must be able to work from the São Paulo office 2-3 days per week.
• Passion for coaching and developing people.
• Highly organised and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using data for performance tracking and informed decisions.
• Possess a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and be excited about hirify.global's mission.

Nice to have

• Previous leadership or team support experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., health tech).
