What you will do
- Lead strategic, cross-functional projects to improve Go-to-Market processes (lead-to-sale, onboarding, activation, expansion).
- Analyze end-to-end GTM performance to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Build strong quantitative and qualitative business cases to prioritize initiatives and support decision-making.
- Define project scope, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics, ensuring disciplined execution and follow-up.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Data teams to design, test, and implement process improvements.
- Optimize Go-to-Market processes and workflows using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to improve lead management and pipeline efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Operations, or Consulting.
- Strong experience working on Go-to-Market, commercial, or revenue-related processes.
- Strong experience working with CRM and commercial systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Highly proficient in data analysis, with strong hands-on skills in Excel / Google Sheets and the ability to work with BI tools and SQL.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and driving structure where needed.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and can influence without direct authority.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Academic background in engineering, economics, or business administration.
- Background in management consulting, strategy, or operations.
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth tech environments.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards or analytical models using tools such as Looker, Superset, or SQL.
