What you will do

• Identify and vet global suppliers for networking components (Routers, Switches, Optical Transport Systems, Optics, Cables).
• Collaborate with Engineering and Finance to create accurate forecasts for hardware deployments.
• Manage hardware transitions (NPI) and End-of-Life (EOL) processes.
• Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key vendors to track KPIs.
• Develop "Plan B" strategies for critical components to bypass geopolitical disruptions or supply chain shortages.
• Ensure hardware meets regional regulatory certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS).

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in procurement, project management, engineering, accounting, or forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with a procurement system (Netsuite or iProcure preferred).
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Solid interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Hybrid work model requiring onsite presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at headquarters in San Mateo, CA.
