What you will do

• Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and product insight frameworks.
• Analyze data to highlight product trends, anomalies, and improvement areas.
• Define KPIs and metrics aligned to business goals.
• Work closely with NHS Trusts to understand their operational needs.
• Collaborate with data engineers to improve access and reporting pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a data/product analytics role.
• Power BI, Looker, or similar tools expertise.
• Confident SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling.
• Strong communication: translating analysis for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• A curious mindset and desire to improve healthcare outcomes through data.
