What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance metrics and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track product KPIs.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests for new features and product changes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing on data-driven strategy.
• Analyze customer feedback and behavior to translate insights into product improvements.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support specific business questions and challenges.

Requirements

• Experienced in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Some app development experience in TypeScript or Python for instrumenting applications (e.g., Mixpanel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English: B2 required
