What you will do
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance metrics and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track product KPIs.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests for new features and product changes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing on data-driven strategy.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to translate insights into product improvements.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support specific business questions and challenges.
Requirements
- Experienced in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Some app development experience in TypeScript or Python for instrumenting applications (e.g., Mixpanel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English: B2 required
