Senior Data Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with teams launching new products, topics, and funnels to evaluate performance, economics, and business impact.
• Identify growth opportunities and turn data into actionable recommendations for improving launches and business results.
• Own analytical projects end-to-end, from problem definition and methodology design to insights and recommendations.
• Support product analytics, hypotheses, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Improve analytics automation, processes, and methodologies, including the use of AI.
• Collaborate with analysts, product teams, and stakeholders while gradually leading analytical initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in data analytics and/or product analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to handle complex analytical tasks independently.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and product hypotheses.
• Experience improving analytical processes, methodologies, and automation.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily analytical work and understanding how they can improve workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI transformation within an analytics function or team.
• Experience implementing AI-powered workflows, tools, or automation in analytical processes.
