What you will do

• Define the direction of the product and what to bet on together with the Web Product team.
• Build an analytical ecosystem from data collection processes to a scalable architecture.
• Create ETL processes that provide the team with correct data in a timely manner.
• Develop dashboards and insights that allow you to see the bigger picture and make decisions faster.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments that impact the product strategy.
• Work with the financial team on forecasts, metrics, and models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics in product companies.
• Deep experience in conducting A/B tests and developing experimental approaches.
• Confident command of Python, SQL, and analytics automation.
• Experience with GTM, GA4, Amplitude, or similar systems.
• Understanding of product metrics: retention, conversion, cohort analysis, LTV, CAC.
• Practical skills in creating dashboards and working with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
• English at Upper-Intermediate+ level for working with an international team.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery, Redshift, or other DWH.
• Understanding of user behavior in large products.
