What you will do

• Own email and lifecycle marketing from onboarding to win-back.
• Build and optimize funnels from download → trial → paid.
• Increase activation, trial usage, upgrades, and retention.
• Run growth experiments across emails, landing pages, and flows.
• Analyze user behavior and identify drop-off points.
• Create dashboards, weekly reports, and clear growth insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience in IT product companies.
• Proven email and lifecycle marketing expertise with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience building onboarding, trial, upgrade, and win-back email flows.
• Ability to segment users based on behavior, not assumptions.
• Strong copywriting skills for emails that drive clear action.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Google Search and/or Meta Ads and ability to run small paid tests and interpret results.
• Understanding of CAC, ROAS, and payback periods.
• SEO knowledge.
