What you will do

• Own full channel lifecycle including strategy, execution, optimization, and performance accountability.
• Design and execute creative, low-friction experiments to increase reach and adoption among developers.
• Track and report performance, focusing on driving activated sign-ups.
• Stay informed on developer trends to find new ways to naturally reach the target audience.

Requirements

• Must be located within North America, specifically ±3 hours of U.S. Mountain Time (MDT, UTC−06:00).
• Proven experience scaling at least one growth channel to meaningful, repeatable contributions.
• Expertise in one of the key channels: YouTube creator partnerships, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO), Open Source sponsorships, or Paid Social.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and comfortable operating with ambiguity and minimal direction.
• Detail-oriented and a data-driven decision maker with strong intuition.
• English: B2 required.
