What you will do

• Build, manage, and develop the Instagram career channel “Karriere@GGM”.
• Create creative content ideas, formats, and campaigns for employer branding.
• Produce video content (Reels, Stories, short videos), from planning to post-production.
• Write engaging captions, storylines, and social media content.
• Plan the editorial calendar and analyze content performance.
• Maintain and optimize the career website and employer profiles on review platforms.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in social media, content creation, and ideally initial employer branding exposure.
• Strong sense for trends, storytelling, and visual content, especially on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Confident using video and editing tools (CapCut and Canva).
• Creative, communicative, and enjoys working with people.
• Highly independent, structured work style, and strong initiative.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize work independently.
