What you will do
- Assist in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Support the development of proof-of-concepts for hirify.global solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales solutions architects to gather customer requirements and map them to offerings.
- Help respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation requests.
- Enable partner technical sales teams on hirify.global solutions.
- Learn and maintain a solid understanding of DDI, DNS security, and cloud networking solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role for a technology organization.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
- Fluent in English and preferably one other language (C1 equivalent).
- Interest in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with hirify.global products or similar technologies.
- Experience with networking labs, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Scripting experience, such as Python or Bash.
