What you will do

  • Scale advertising for subscription-based products on Meta Web funnel with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Prioritize, structure, implement, and scale new user acquisition channels (Meta App, Applovin Web, Google App/Web, TikTok) for our subscription-based mobile application.
  • Lead and manage intra-company efforts required to develop UA channels, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective workflows with other domains.
  • Build and optimize processes aimed at achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
  • Make data-driven decisions, analyzing both marketing and product metrics, and leveraging BI tools (e.g., Tableau, AppsFlyer, Meta Business Manager) for reporting and insights.

Requirements

  • Recent 2+ years experience in UAM role in mobile applications with Meta (Facebook) as the primary channel (40%+ of the marketing budget).
  • Proven success in a UAM-role for a subscription-based mobile applications with the “new UA-channels” will be a strong plus.
  • 3+ years of overall professional experience in User Acquisition and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $1,000,000 per month.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing principles and Web2App funnels.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
