We are remote-first international team of 160+ people across 40+ countries, building and scaling digital products with a strong focus on organic growth (ASO, Google, YouTube, LLM SEO).

What we do:
📱 Mobile Apps – Entertainment & party apps (Drinking Games, Couple Games, Truth or Dare, etc.)
🎰 Media & Affiliate – High-value content sites & a YouTube channel in iGaming and finance

🔥 The Role

We’re looking for a Head of User Acquisition to take full ownership of global UA strategy across our iOS & Android app portfolio and drive ambitious growth targets.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own and scale global user acquisition (paid + organic)
• Lead ASO strategy: keywords, store listings, conversion optimization
• Manage and scale paid channels (Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, TikTok, ad networks, influencers)
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing UA team
• Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decisions
• Own key KPIs: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention
• Manage UA budgets across apps, geos, and channels
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Monetization teams

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition (senior/lead level)
• Proven track record of scaling apps with strong ROI
• Strong ASO expertise
• Hands-on experience with Adjust / AppsFlyer / Branch
• Experience with influencer marketing
• Strong analytical mindset and leadership skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
