What you will do
- Lead efforts to drive community adoption of the hirify.global Workspace platform across the Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Equities market in Beijing.
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies, including competitive displacement programs.
- Identify and pursue large-scale enterprise renewals and new opportunities focused on end-user workflows.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to secure new business and expand platform usage.
- Launch and manage targeted sales campaigns to increase market penetration and product awareness.
- Collaborate closely with Shared Workflows Proposition and Sales Readiness teams to relay client feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling financial data desktop solutions in a client-facing environment.
- Strong closing and relationship management skills across all client levels with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in-person and via phone.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate new accounts using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn.
- Highly articulate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with superior negotiation skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
