TL;DR

Customer Success Manager: Proactively managing client relationships and driving product adoption for hirify.global's legal, risk, compliance, and HR products with an accent on client retention, growth, and effective utilization of solutions. Focus on orchestrating successful client lifecycles, negotiating renewals, and collaborating internally to resolve client needs and achieve project completion.

Location: Must be based in Mexico

What you will do

  • Represent hirify.global professionally and proactively drive end-user adoption of products.
  • Manage a portfolio of renewals, negotiating multi-year contracts, price increases, and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Track client success measurements, demonstrating value and ensuring project completion by collaborating internally and externally.
  • Maintain regular communication with sales and account management regarding client relationship insights.
  • Manage product usage metrics and trends, and collaborate with marketing to build client advocacy.
  • Work with all departments to address daily client needs and advise on future client efforts.

Requirements

  • Desire to learn and become a subject matter expert in hirify.global software products.
  • Ability to manage multiple critical projects simultaneously with strong business acumen.
  • Working knowledge of Google suite, Salesforce, and Microsoft products; ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to break down complex issues and derive solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude and ability to make sound decisions.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a client success role, including account management or business analysis.
