TL;DR

Senior Director, Regional Marketing (SaaS): Driving regional growth and establishing the company as a global leader in Employee Experience Platforms with an accent on integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. Focus on building the Employee Communications community and executing content strategies to accelerate pipeline and drive conversions.

Location: Frequent presence in the London office is required.

What you will do

  • Support the achievement of regional goals through creative integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Build, inspire, and lead the regional marketing team for UKISA and NOBE.
  • Oversee the development and execution of thought leadership and communications programs.
  • Develop and execute content strategies focused on Middle and Bottom of Funnel (MoFu/BoFu).
  • Ensure the function scales through successful cross-collaboration and gains leverage from programs produced in other geographies.
  • Manage the local marketing budget, measuring and optimizing marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and demonstrate ROI.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in shaping high-impact marketing leadership/strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting content strategies for the Middle and Bottom of the Funnel.
  • Experience building holistic marketing strategies across marketing disciplines and enterprise selling in EMEA.
  • Excellent operational and project management skills.
  • Must be a creative, flexible, hands-on marketer.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
