What you will do
- Configure, implement, and launch US Payroll and benefits administration systems for hirify.global clients.
- Provide expert guidance and advise customers on payroll and benefits administration issues.
- Manage the implementation of new customers, ensuring optimal system setup.
- Support customer onboarding and resolve issues related to payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of implementing and configuring benefits administration solutions and US Payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of the implementation lifecycle and ability to meet go-live deadlines.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple customers simultaneously and handling competing deadlines.
- Experience guiding customers through system integrations and providing in-depth training.
- Ability to spot anomalies in payroll processes and experience with complex reconciliations.
- **English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required**.
Nice to have
- Prior knowledge of benefit administration systems (e.g., PlanSource, ADP, Employee Navigator).
- Prior knowledge of US Payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Rippling, Paychex, Gusto).
- Experience onboarding customers into new payroll and benefit admin platforms.
- Experience working with global teams or using tools like Zendesk, Slack, Asana.
- Experience working with APIs and integrations.
