What you will do

• Manage large-scale and complex projects, ensuring deadlines are met and project scope is maintained.
• Build project plans with timelines and dependencies, tracking key milestones and progress.
• Proactively identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize delays.
• Partner cross-functionally with technical and business teams to drive initiatives and align on outcomes.
• Provide accurate and timely status reports to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with a background in fintech/tech.
• Experience with Agile development methodology in a software/enterprise SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
• Organized, detail-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation and drive.
• Ability to collaborate and manage cross-functional teams remotely.
• Can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
