What you will do

  • Manage the Pendo platform, including vendor relationships, roadmap, and daily operations.
  • Drive user engagement by creating and iterating in-app communications and guides.
  • Analyze user behavior using Pendo analytics to identify insights and inform UX improvements.
  • Collaborate with UX, product owners, and stakeholders to enhance user journeys.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, IT, and Product teams on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Champion agility and innovation, continuously seeking ways to improve tools and processes.
  • Support change management through communication, training, and enablement.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Pendo or similar platforms (WalkMe, Gainsight PX).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities.
  • Light development experience (HTML/CSS/JS) and comfort working with technical teams.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and drive strategic partnerships.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
