TL;DR

Digital Product Owner (Sales Order Management): Managing digital solutions that enable the management of hirify.global Dealer sales orders and supporting solutions with an accent on developing multi-year digital product roadmaps and product backlog management. Focus on gathering business requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing, and collaborating with technology teams to design, build, and support digital solutions.

Location: This role requires 5 days a week in office in Mossville, Illinois, United States. Domestic relocation and sponsorship are not available.

Salary: $144,960.00 – $235,440.00

What you will do

  • Partner with enterprise process owners to document functional and non-functional business requirements for digital solutions.
  • Develop and manage a multi-year digital product roadmap and the annual digital product budget.
  • Manage the product backlog, including setting priorities and communicating delivery plans.
  • Lead workshops to obtain business requirements across order management, transportation, trade management, and billing.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with process teams and key end-users.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technology teams to design, build, and support digital solutions, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, from concept to maturity.
  • Knowledge of business analysis, including tasks, techniques, and tools to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities for accurately analyzing situations and reaching productive decisions.
  • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of the business aspects and operation of a software product.
  • Work 5 days a week in office in Mossville, IL.
  • No domestic relocation or sponsorship available.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as an SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Module business analyst.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce – Sales Cloud.
  • Proven ability to write clear business requirement definitions/user stories and facilitate workshops.
  • Agile/Scrum experience with system enhancement delivery.
  • Strong leadership in working within a cross-functional organization.
