TL;DR

Integrated Marketing Manager, Network (Wholesale/eCommerce): Driving adoption, engagement, and growth across a wholesale network by owning full-funnel marketing strategies. with an accent on increasing retailer participation, strengthening brand visibility within the Marketplace, and linking campaigns to an expanding ecosystem. Focus on developing and executing annual/quarterly marketing roadmaps, managing acquisition and lifecycle content, and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with flexible paid time off and remote work policies.

What you will do

  • Own the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps for brand and retailer acquisition and adoption in the Marketplace.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Lead the development of acquisition and lifecycle content aligned with audience segments and funnel stages.
  • Manage email hygiene, segmentation, and targeting, ensuring compliance with privacy laws.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and technology platforms to streamline campaign execution and optimize go-to-market initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to refine strategies and report on ROI, lead progression, and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Demand Generation, Brand, or Customer Journey Marketing.
  • Expertise in leveraging marketing tools to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, conversions, and ROI.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines and adjust priorities.
  • Experience piloting new tactics and developing robust testing and optimization strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Wholesale, Retail or Fashion.
  • Previous employment in B2B or eCommerce.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
