What you will do

• Architect the ABM Engine for hirify.global in North America.
• Own the NA Growth Marketing Strategy, refining channel selection and setting aggressive targets in the AI and SaaS space.
• Master complex attribution by analyzing user journeys and interactions.
• Optimize the full stack across Paid Search, Display, and Paid Social.
• Act as the strategic bridge between the Global Digital Team and Regional Sales/Marketing.
• Modernize performance measurement through account-level engagement and multi-touch attribution models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing within B2B SaaS or high-growth AI environments.
• Deep familiarity with the 6sense ecosystem.
• Data-driven and creative mindset, understanding the psychology of B2B audiences.
• Systems thinker who looks at Pipeline Velocity, Account Penetration, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) vs. LTV.
