What you will do

• Lead and execute growth experiments to generate Builder-qualified MQLs with short payback periods.
• Run targeted outbound campaigns utilizing AI-personalized messaging and optimize high-traffic channels for MQL volume and quality.
• Create multi-channel, Builder-focused demand-gen content, including social media, blogs, email, and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging and CTAs to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Product and Design on website optimization, conversion funnels, and brand consistency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Growth Marketing or Demand Generation experience, preferably in B2B SaaS (ecommerce, logistics, supply chain, or platform products are a plus).
• Hands-on execution skills in copywriting, social content, paid ads, and landing page creation.
• Performance-driven mindset with comfort in A/B testing and cohort analysis for rapid iteration.
• Strong storytelling and content creation abilities to simplify complex products.
• Ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with configurable or platform-based products like Zapier or N8N.
