What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and other stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines.
- Drive agile development practices to ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement.
- Review technical designs, code, and processes to uphold engineering standards and best practices.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Strong technical background in modern software development (e.g., Java, .NET, cloud platforms, APIs).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance technical detail with project delivery and business priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
